Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or national holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship to all serviceable pincodes across India. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

Metro Cities: 3 - 5 business days

Rest of India: 5 - 8 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as remote locations, and severe weather conditions.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours, allowing you to check the status of your delivery.
Damages During Transit
If you receive an order that has been damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at hello@ozlosmart.com. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition in your email. We address these situations on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship to locations outside of India.
